2 months between posts is way too long. I've been ridiculously busy... but who hasn't? I need this outlet. Daily if possible.

So my fantastic wife got me tickets to the Tim Burton exhibit here in TO at the TIFF Lightbox. and the single complaint I could have was that I may have to go back once or twice to get it all in my head. More than his movies, I'm just friggin spell-bound by his art and his sketches and his frantic line. His concepts come crashing through his actual pieces, the idea appears to take so much focus that the detail and rendering is an almost an afterthought but they always sear your eyeballs with his unmistakable style. There is no other creative person I would rather be a coffee boy for just to be around the energy and bask in the genius.
I did the drawing of him but the background is one of his.... obviously...
